Can anybody help me. I have been having problems with this site for some time, not being able to view certain areas. Now since the old style tree has been removed I can no longer access my own tree. I have tried pressing Control and F5 as they suggest but nothing happens. I have also tried the contact us section but that just freezes up when I try to send my query. Any suggestions? Thanks Robin |

As well as allowing pop-up, clear down your temp internet files regularly as the site won't work properly if you have insufficient space in the cache. Tools, Interenet Options, select the General Tab then click on Delete Files, in the centre of the page. |

I find Firefox works for me, In fact I rarely use IE these days as it is so full of bugs. |

Recently, since all the changes I've found that I can only access my tree via my homepage, and only accesss other trees via my tree first. The computer makes a weird bubbly noise when I try to access trees any other ways. Could this be to do with pop-up blockers?? H |

I use Firefox and have no problems with this site, although I have to clear private data EVERY time I try to use Ancestry! Groan. I did have a few hiccups when they first brought in the changes, but all seems to be working well now. ssssh, hope I didn't jinx it! Laura |
