Can anybody help me. I have been having problems with this site for some time, not being able to view certain areas. Now since the old style tree has been removed I can no longer access my own tree. I have tried pressing Control and F5 as they suggest but nothing happens. I have also tried the contact us section but that just freezes up when I try to send my query. Any suggestions? Thanks Robin

It is always worth doing a bit of PC hosekeeping if you get problems like this: In Internet Explorer go to Tools > Internet Options From there click on the Delete Files button - you get a window asking what you want to delete. Click on Delete for Temporary Files and Folders and then wait - be patient it may take some time! Then go to Delete Cookies and Delete those too. This will not harm your PC and will not delete vital data. It will make Internet Explorer a bit quicker and may well sort your problem out. Lin
