i've looked on Ancestry but couldn't find a marriage but found him on the 1920 census. Joseph Cliffe age 30 spouse--Dorothy Race-white home owned--rent. yr of immigration 1908 able to read-yes able to write-yes son Joseph r Cliffe age 1 10/12mths. (Dorothy's year of immigration was 1913). Also found Joseph's WW1 Draft Registration Card. Roll 1684689 Draftboard 33. and a death for Joseph R Cliffe SSN 032-50-5051, born 4 jan 1918 died 12 oct 1999. if you want the images let me know you email and i'll send them to you, Karen |

Hi Ancestry are offering 3 free days trial at the mo no credit card asked for or anything-you can then look up all the usa records aswell. Worth a go Angela x |

I had some help from a lady on a site called random acts of genealogical kindness. Just google random acts etc and it will come up on the first search page then go in to the relevant section on the site for Massachusettes. I was given my great aunts birth in the 1880's so good luck trying Elaine |

Please Help......... How do i find a marriage, in USA, Masschusetts, between 1910 to 1920... My Uncle, Joseph James Cliffe, married to Dorothy, both born in the UK, 1888. |
