Hi Vikings have been proved to be in Formby - and maybe the Wirral...I remember early last yr they took blood from lots of old families in Formby to see if they really did settle there and they did as the dna proved it....here in Skelmersdale this was named by the vikings......sorry no idea of names though....Ciao Joanie |

Hi I've been helping a pal with his Liverpool tree and it goes back to the Isle of Man where you will find names with Viking influence. Think quite a few people came from IOM to Liverpool for work in the 1880s. Liz |
