It will remain on GR unless you delete it.

I've just had a look at the import/export info from this site and it says that my tree will be e-mailed to my addie. Does this mean that my tree will no longer be on this site and what do I do with my tree once I receive the e-mail? The software mentions something about a GEDCOM. I don't want to do anything until someone can advise me. Deb:)

Thanks Maid Marian. I've no idea what I'm doing and I just don't want to have to add each member of my tree, one at a time to the software, if there's and easier way. Deb:)

When you export your tree from GR it will be emailed to you as a gedcon file, open up FTL and look for inport gedcom, then select the file you recieved from GR, hopefuly then you should be able to see your tree and info in FTL. Likewise you can work in FTL then upload to GR by exporting a gedcom from FTL and using the import button in GR upoad your tree back into GR Kevin
