www.alanmann(.)com/class/files/civindex.htm - remove brackets This web site has a list of Civil Registration Miscellaneous Indexes – These are available at the Family History Centre in London on microfiche. They are a complement (or supplement) to the normal BMD registrations from July 1837. The list is comprehensive and covers a wide spectrum of categories not usually seen i.e. BMDs abroad, air deaths – missing persons, army marriages etc. Also Boer War dead, Ionian Islands BMDs, Natal and South Africa deaths and many more.
