print my tree

could someone tell me what to do or buy for a numpty to print my tree. I'm not computer literate but my partner is. Just the easiest and most effective please Carol

Hi You can go to the Latter Day Saints (Family Search) page and after various clicks download Personal Ancestory File (version 5) for free. You can also Google for a print company and download from GR (if you have a tree there) a GEDCOM (file extension name.GED) which you can either send to the print company of get anyone with a family tree programme to print off for you. (All family tree programmes allow the import into a new file of a GED file. Once imported it can be printed). Clive

Thanks for your answers Clive and Peter, I think we've got it done now, we downloaded something called Legacy [i think]. We havn't actualy printed it yet, but it's looking good. Thanks again Carol
