I googled 'children's homes/essex' and got this list of Childrens Homes http://www.zettai.net/search.php?what=Childrens+Homes&where=Essex there is only one in Romford but you could call them up and see if they can point you in the right direction? |

Hi Von I have no information at all. All I know is that he was born in Oldchurch Hospital Romford and lived all his life in homes. I would like to find out more about his life but don't know where to start looking. |
