FTM Access to Web Resources - any problems

Hi Is anyone else having problems accessing web resources by the family view page on Family Tree Maker. I click the little box and it starts searching with the blue bar, then that goes off and the screen goes blank apart from the little magnifying glass. Up to 3 or 4 days ago I had no trouble and it went from the blue bar to a whole list of possible sources. What am I doing wrong??? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Marilyn

Researching:
Stirrup, Williams, Winter, Newton, Johnson, Barrett, Bruce, Bruen, Hartley, Proffit, Rogers, all in Manchester and loads of other names and places
