Just found the following death info:- Henry Sinfield died JFM 1867, Woburn, aged 69, 3b 277 and Sarah Sinfield died JFM, Woburn, aged 63, 3b 277. I can suppose they may have been husband and wife, but why do they have the same ref. details?? Kathlyn |

If they died at the same time, then they would probably have been registered at the same time, so would be on the same page. Kath. x |

But I thought that every entry had a unique ref number. Kathlyn |

No, there are up to eight entries on births and deaths and four couples on marriage registers. The ref refer to the page, not the person. |
