Elizabeth I seem to remember that the RFC is included under the RAF records on NA - have another look.

RFC service records are at Kew. Not sure about the Women's, though!

My grandfather was in the RFC and my grandmother in the Women's Royal Air Force (correct term, I think) in the First World War. I know the National Archives have lots of service records etc, but I have been unable to find anything for the above. Does anyone know how I can access records for both of them? My grandfather stayed in the aircraft industry and was working at Farnborough when he retired. He was sent over to the USA at the end of WW2 to discuss a project with them there. Any help appreciated.
