Georgina, yes i saw that one , but it is in Wareham which i believe is in Dorset. my one that im looking for should be in Edmonton middlesex , but i did not come across it at all . thank you for taken the time to check for me i really appreciate it iv'e got a feeling that they could have been adopted although i never heard my mum and dad say anything about adoption but there again maybe in the 30s /40/50/ they never spoke of things like that. thanks once again Georgina Hazel |

Hazel there is a birth but I am not sure if the district is right? Doreen V Pope born in the march quarter 1929 in Wareham MMN Goodman ref no:5a-385. Georgina. |

Hi Georgina, thank you the parents names were Norah Edith Goodman and Charles Sidney Pope they married in 1926. Hazel p.s. yes Georgina i was thinking that as well they could have been adopted |

2 of my cousin's birth details on ancestry . my aunt and uncle married in 1926 they had 2 children 1 boy and 1 girl . i have been through the births on ancestry from 1926 up to 1942 well over a dozen times and on different days, i dont know the exect date that they were born , but the girl was about 3/4 yrs older than me and the boy was 8/9yrs older than me i have been searching by their mothers maiden name and it's not on there,, has anyone any ideas . i'm sorry it's so long winded thanks Hazel |
