Ancestry how do you email them?

Hi Janette, I think there are some problems with Ancestry at the moment as I have been trying to search the complete death indexes and that is not working either. Christine |

tried to email but when I click on submit question I get is to put name and pass word then click for new account then of course says account already registerd grrr trying to find out why my View Your Recent Activity isn't working properly it tells me what census's i have looked at but not who. So if i want to look for person in another census and have come back have to write every thing back in again Jeanette |

Jeanette I have just sent Ancestry an email & it went straight through. Did you click 'Contact Ancestry' at the bottom of the homepage? Are you a subscribed member? If you purchased credits & they have ran out then you wont be able to look at what you previousley view until you have active credits. Georgina. |
