'Add Child' Function Using Laptop.

I am attempting to use the 'Add Child' function in 'My Family Tree', I am using a Laptop. The function is not working, can someone give me guidance. Thank you Roberta

I very much doubt that the problem is because you are using a laptop. I would have a quick clearout of cookies and temproary internet files and see if this improves matters. In Internet Explorer: Click on Tools > internet options and the click on <Delete..> Then Click on <Delete files...> and be patient Then click on <Delete Cookies...> and be patient This housekeeping is safe and will make things run a bit quicker if nothing else!
