Where have you been looking? You won't find them on FreeBMD, you need to register (free) with Ancestry, then go to this page: http://www.ancestry*co.uk/search/rectype/vital/freebmd/bmd.aspx (replace asterisk with dot) and search the *Complete* index quarter by quarter. It's a very slow process.

Is there any reason why I am finding it so hard to find some births and marriages that occured in the 1920's I have a number of people who I can not find any information for Sharon
