Click on My account thingy and it tells you there. They always write to you though a couple of weeks before hand. My account is top right hand side, click then on to more detail or something where it says what sub you have.

Click on 'My Account' at the top right of the home page, then on 'More Info' alongside 'Current subscriptions'.

If you have a new card the old card will be invalid and they cant take money from it.

If you actually want to renew automatically, just click on 'Update payment information' after clicking on 'More info'.

Sorry, posted my message before I saw your reply to Heather. I can't see how they could take the money if the number of your card's changed.

Julie, dont worry, when mine ran out they couldnt take the money cos the card was out of date. But I got about another two weeks before they cut me off!

Don't worry, anyway, they're very helpful. If you find they've somehow managed to take the money when you didn't want to renew, phone them on 0800-404-9723 and they should give you a refund. I had to phone them today, and I found they were really helpful.
