Could she have married and changed her name since 1984? BTW I should doubt social services would have anything unless she has needed their help in the recent past.

Ive tried those but cant find anything. If social services were involved when this person was a child (in the 1950s) would they still have records of her? She was put into foster care in 1959 Colette

Im after a bit of advice - I am trying to look for a living relative but all I have is an old address from 1984 ish. I have check the address out and the flats had been demolished. Im not sure what I can do next - the local council offices said there isnt anything I can do because I dont really have a lot of info? Any advice anyone? Colette
