	Could she have married and changed her name since 1984? BTW I should doubt social services would have anything unless she has needed their help in the recent past.

I have check the address out and the flats had been demolished. Im not sure what I can do next - the local council offices said there isnt anything I can do because I dont really have a lot of info? Any advice anyone? Colette
