Hi, anybody else had hot matches go missing had 2 good one now the have been removed, still have tree access to one but both now gone they where there at lunch time. phyllis

Hi Phyllis, Yes, I noticed a couple of days ago that mine had disappeared. I still have Shared Trees available so I hope they don't disappear too. Jo

OH NO My 'Hot Match' Names have gone too. Is there anyway of getting the names back? I had a couple that looked promising + was going to contact them.

Mine are still there - for now. I've been ignoring them for ages but have noticed that, over time, the spot-on Hot Matches accumulate on the first 2 pages and can be rather useful. Most of those I already know about, but there is always the odd surprise - usually generated by a busy new GR member! Tracey

Hi I have noticed in the past that the hot matches sometimes disappear for a few days before your new ones come in. Hope that helps Sarah

I've still got 88 pages of them! is there no way you can delete them permenantly?

Mine all disappeared at the beginning of this month and I still have none. I emailed GR and just kept getting standard replies about hot matches and how often they checked for them and how you could hide them etc. I was really annoyed as they were not reading the question and they said they would pass it on to technical support, that was on the 9th and still no reply. I wondered if it was because I had uploaded a new gedcom but never got an answer to that. Christine

All 33 pages still there - they're just all flagged as 'New!' even when it says that I've already been in contact with the tree owner! Lin
