Try starting a new thread re the emigration query. Head it with New Zealand emigration information please. That will attract those who may be able to help you with specialist knowledge.

Clive CUMMING whose name is by the second of the two symbols has been listed out of alphabetical sequence and the first symbol shows where he should have been listed, between Alan CUMMING and Douglas CUMMING

In Ancestry BMD for Dec 1934, name A Cumming right hand column there is a strange letter(?) in a couple of places. Is this meant to indicate a missed name anf is so where do I find the addition please? And is anyone can tell me when the family emigrated to New Zealand I would be grateful. I know they did. I have been told myaunt was buried inWellington NZ in 1941 but ... Clive ps bbs
