Can you not find them by name?

I think my family were living in Praed St, Paddington at the time of the 1851 census. Does anyone know how I can do a look-up based on an address? Thanks

What number in Praed St? Number 33 Praed St is on piece 1467 folio 719 page 47 and the house numbers increase from there onwards. Richard

Hi Richard I'd no intention of double posting and still don't know how I did it... sorry for irritating yo, but thank's for your helpful reply! I don't find the GR interface easy at the best of times, and this is the first time I've tried posting to a message board. Steve
