Ancestry Image problem

Is anyone else having trouble accessing images. Checking deaths and every time I click on the View Image icon I get a message saying 'Error processing image request' Lynne

Hi Lynne Got on this no problem. Florence Duffy married surname Cooper April/May/June 1916 Stockton 10a 146 Hope this helps Marilyn

Marilyn Thanks for checking (sorry I changed my message cos realised I was looking at deaths and not marriages - Whoops!). Unfortuantely, that's not my Florence but thanks again. Hi Lynne, That often happens to me too, but I have found if I go onto the next image that loads ok and then I can go back one and it is fine. Christine

Lynne I had the same prob for the last 2 days Think it was my browser as when I used IE I can vew ok now, but still can't with firefox Kim
