Help With Ancestry

I have found a number of things on Ancestry do not work properly except with Internet Explorer - which I keep just for Ancestry as it is too prone to bugs/hacking. Clive

Thanks Maggie i will give it a try, its so frustrating I thought with this horrable Bank Holiday weather i would get some searching done, but so far got no were. I will shut down and have another go. Sue

That's funny, the same thing happened to me yesterday. In the end I just turned the computer off, restarted and went back and it was fine. Just a suggestion if you haven't tried it. Rgds Maggie

Hi Could anyone help me, I am trying to search BDM on Ancestry, but when ever i press to view, the ancestry new enchanced image viewer download flashes up, it just keeps flashing and i can get rid of the blimmin thing. Even if i press download, it says download complete, but it is still there flashing, i cant view the image because of it. As you can imagin very frustrating, would appreciate any advise. Sue
