Hi, I can`t receive or send any messages via Outlook Express though I `m online OK. Anyone any ideas to solve the problem.? Jay. |

Are you with blueyonder? If so you should have an instant support symbol. click on that and then on to can't send or receive mail. It will then do a line test and you should be fixed. |

Ive had this on occasions, it usually turns out the server is overloaded (usually after Ive spent hours fretting and changing settings etc.) Try again a bit later. |

You could try logging to you email through Internet Explorer. That will chcek if it is working at the server end. Also check that your internet option is set correctly. It can get corrupted. Jim |
