What do you need to get rid of? I need to know if you are on Windows or a Mac If you are running Windows, do you have Windows XP or Vista Lin

Personally, I'd leave Windows Media player in place. It's unlikely to do any harm and is really quite useful. also, I'm not sure what uses it by default. however the instructions in the next post would apply to most software.

First close all windows for things you don’t need… print this! (The easiest way is to select all the text in this post then press <Ctrl> C . Open a Word Document and press <CTrl> V and this will paste the contents there. You can then print it from Word. Then, take a System Checkpoint so that you can restore if things go wrong Start > programs > accessories > System Tools > System Restore Check the box for Create a restore point Click on <Next> Type in a meaningful name, e.g. Before uninstall Incredible Emotions Click on<Next> Once it is created, close the window. Now, click on the Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove programs Wait while the list is populated Scroll down to what you want to uninstall and click once on it Click on the Change/remove Button that appears. Follow the instructions that it gives. Once you have done all this, reboot your PC. This is not essential, but it will help to ensure that everything has been tidied up. IMPORTANT: Only uninstall one program at a time and use your PC before uninstalling the next. That way you know which uninstall has messed things up if you have problems.
