Marriage Help Please **update***

1921-22 searched = nothing update: 1920 = nothing not sure if it's worth coming further forward. Either it's in that missing 1925 quarter, they weren't married when they had the kids, or... I dunno... maybe she married under another surname?? (as a widow or divorcee)

i have havent got a clue. from other people in the tree i have found that they are under MMN if the parents were not married. all 4 children are under roberts with mmn shingles.

1933 & 1923 - 1926 all quarters searched = nothing although 1925 Q4 is missing.

I would start in the marriages at that birth year and work backwards looking for the shingles name and using the spouse surname to be sure of the right one. It's an original image search but one you can do yourself as bmd are free on Ancestry.

To make it easier, use the more unusual name for your search. All England/Wales bmd's are free on Ancestry. Good luck Reg

hi, i am having trouble locating a marriage. can anybody help me please. i have limited info to play with: his surname was roberts, hers was shingles. i believe it to have been in ely as thats where the 4 children were born. children were born 1932, 1933, 1938 and 1940 all in ely
