help with adding to tree

everytime i try to add relatives to tree , i get the same infuriating result, either the stupid message that they are having trouble connecting with site [ once i have pressed save ] or i end up with the same relative 3 or 4 times having been added which happens when another silly box pops up saying do u want to press ok or cancel , can someone put me right please

I assume you have your own computer - well sort of ie when your children allow you to use it! Down load a freefamily tree programme (Latter Days Saints have a usable one called PAF 5 (Personal Ancestory File). Do all your work on your computer and thenupload a GED file. Clive
