Ok thanks for looking. I suspected I wouldn't find this! Brother-in-law's gran seems to have had a serial habit of NOT marrying the men she named on certificates! I'm familiar with all the tips on getting the page you want to show by going forwards/back on the arrows, changing the surname slightly etc. But thanks for the input. It is appreciated. Bridie

The dec qtr hasnt been either copied or indexed . You can look for mssing qtr on ancestry by opening up the nearest qtr then clicking on the year above the page and all the qtrs will show. you then click on the qtr you want but have to search then by going to the first initial of the surname. In the 1925 Dec case it s just not there, you will need to look on find my past website

Hi Bridie. If the quarter you want is missing use the green arrows at the top of the page or put page numbersin the box. The Dec quarter should come up eventually. Malcolm.

Hi Bridie, I've looked at the Dec Q 1925 on findmypast for you, and the marriage you're after isn't there either, I'm afraid. Sorry. Chris

Hi Can anyone help with a quick look up for a marriage please. Francis Waghorn to hopefully Elizabeth Thornton (could also be Hook or Thornton). I have searched the known period quarter by quarter from 1919 to 1939 inc and haven't found the marriage I want. December quarter 1925 is the only one I haven't managed to look at. Does anyone have a spare credit for one of the pay as you view sites, please! Thanks Bridie
