I would call that a second cousin, personally. I reckon on second cousins either being the first cousins of my parents or the children of my own cousins. Don't know whether it's right but that's how I always word it.

First cousin, once removed. He would be a first cousin of your parent but you're a generation removed. If he had a child, you and the child would be second cousins.
