Salvation Army Heritage Centre

Has anyone been to the centre in London, as my great grandfather seems to have been a Captain in the Salvation Army from about 1891 to at least 1910 I was thinking of going to try to find some more information and was wondering what it was like and how useful it might be. Thanks, Dave
