Hi Is it common for people to be missing in census's? my grandfather Thomas stevens was born in London 1895+-1 I've been down to Islington and can only find 1 Thomas (father John) who was born in London anywhere in the country and that doesnt seem to be the right family so do people go missing?

Thank you both for giving me these records, please don't spend any more credits on this, I will have to look into the holloway record that Jim kindly provided more closely. I would still like to know if people do get left off of a census though regards Garry
