	Richard Mears b.1776, 1851 Bishops Waltham dist 3a page 5 of 59. Can't for life of me work out what it says. Can anybody make it out?

	I think it says 'Annuitant', someone in receipt of a pension or annuity. Sam x

	Thanks Sam and Margaret. Havn't come across the term before so was unfamiliar with it. Actually I do remember seeing a document in the Hampshire Archives in which he and his wife were set up a trust fund of around 3,500 pounds by somebody, so makes sense this. I must send of for the doc and find out what it was all about as it was not a relative, so bit of a puzzle! Either way thanks again, ties in with what I know and has made things alot clearer for me.
