Hi all. Is anybody able to look up a Josephine Dalton on either the 1920 or 1930 american census please. She was born in ireland around 1886 and later died in ireland but actually spent most of her life living in the usa (newyork i think). Sorry must add, she was born Josephine Wilson Any help would be greatly appreciated. Danny. |

Well i have a living rellie who told me that she never married and had no kids but i got sent some info from him today and it states she died josephine dalton even tho she was born josephine wilson, For many years she was nanny to irving berlin's kids but dosent show with him on the 1930 census, I have a picture of her with one of his daughter's. So i havnt got a clue why her name changed. Danny |

Sounds like this maybe a stumbling block for a while. Josephine could be recorded as Dalton or Wilson. Sorry I don't think I can help further. Sue |
