One of my certificates arrived this morning at last so I'll give it a few more days for the others before enquiring. The post was quick (3 days to France) it was the GRO that was long. Olivia

I ordered some with dispatch 4 June and received them yesterday, June 11, in Vancouver.

Thanks for your replies. I usually got my certs. on the date of dispatch but late certs. twice running is annoying as I'm impatient, as you know. I'll contact them tomorrow. Olivia

Hi Olivia. I'm in UK and there is certainly no delay in despatch. I ordered some on 05th June which arrived this morning. I would contact them if I were you, just to confirm when they were sent. GR

I normally recieve mine in UK within 4 - 7 days, post abroad can take longer, i have posted to Malta recently 1st class & it took 6 weeks. You could email them & ask if they have been dispatched

Hi all, I'm just wondering if there's a backlog at the ONS as the certs. I've ordered are taking a long time to get here (the most recent ones were for 2 June dispatch and haven't got here yet; The ones before took over a month after the estimated dispatch date and after a few phone calls I finally got 2 copies. As I live abroad I don't want to spend money on phone calls if other people are also in the same boat. Regards Olivia
