Thanks Anne for that Suggestion. I will have to write all the years down or I could end up doing some twice or missing some years. Thanks Georgina for looking. I tried FreeBMD this morning and like you I only found her birth and marriage. I thought that as she didnt have any children perhaps she had died soon after getting married in 1912. Oh well I had bettter start my searching. Thanks everyone Jane.

No, there's no other way.......it's just a case of ploughing through the records. At least nowadays it's free.........when I started this lark, one had to pay for all bmd's other than those on freebmd. Reg

An alternative is to go to the library and search through the microfiche for hours. Been there, done that! Its much easier at home! Also if you use Ancestry you have the facility to enlarge the image - not available on a microfiche, which are also difficult to focus. Make yourself a list of all the quarters and tick them off as you go or else you'll forget which you have done! Anne

I am trying to find out when Eugine/Euginie Paddock died. She married in 1912 in Aston Birmingham and I cant find any children for her. I would need to see the 1921 census which is years away to get any clues as to where she was then if she was still alive. Is there anyway on Ancestry that you can find her death ( I have no idea of the year) without trawling through all the records. Thanks for your help Jane
