Depends what you want to finds out, really! FRC for census and Adoption register, National Archives for Armed forces records, Customs and Excise records, Met Police, emigration etc etc etc!!!

As the heading implies..Going down to London in a few weeks to a concert (Prince at the O2) and also want to get some family history research done. But my question is this...Whsts the difference between Family History Centre and National Archives. Should i go to 1 or the other or both. Thanks people
