Colin has pm'd me in response to his other thread. It appears that a contact has had this tree 'researched' - I assume by a professional genealogist? I have advised Colin that if this is the case (professionallly done) then there is probably no more information to find, as written records before 1500 are as rare as hen's teeth, let alone Irish ones! What exactly are you asking for? It seems from this and your other message that you have traced back to the 15th century which is an amazing achievement, and that you have this chap's date of burial and have from that worked out a rough year of birth. As you have got back before parish registers you will need other sources - possibly guild or manorial records, but again from this and your other message it seems you have already found some references to this family as freemen and burgesses. To have found all that surely you already have had access to the appropriate records office?
