what do you do with your old fhs books?

hi i joined hampshire,dorset ,herefordshire and glamorgan fhs and recieved 4 books each yr ,well im now getting short of space but dont like to chuck them out. what do you do with yours? karen |

I don't have any myself, but you could always donate them to your own local family history society. I'm sure they would come in handy for someone with ancestors out of the area. Failing that a charity shop would take them. Kath. x |

Ive got the same prob! I go to chuck them out, start reading them and thinking Oooh thats interesting and back they go in the cupboard. Never thought of that Glitter - you tend to think no one else locally would be interested but surprisingly in my Surrey FHS one of the committee members lives only about 8 miles away here in Norfolk |
