I'll be in Lynn tomorrow so will have a look. Caution though - I would be surprised if christian names are spelled out on a War Memorial. Regards Keith

Just found this on Prince Harry. http://www.princeofwales.gov.uk/personalprofiles/princeharry/biography/ His real name is Henry Charles Albert David. Cheers, Horatia

Hi Dawn, Harry is a diminutive of Henry. Prince Harry's real name is Henry I believe but I'm still happy to look at the memorial and will take a picture too if possible. Cheers, Horatia

Hi all you helpful people out there. I have never posted a message on a board before so please be patient with me and fingers crossed I do this right. If anyone lives near the Kings Lynn War Memorial (located in Blackfriars Gardens adjacent to Kings Lynn Public Library) - I would be ever so grateful if you could check something for me. I would like confirmation of a christian name on the memorial - Henry or Harry - surname is Towler. I have checked the memorial on the roll of honour website against other info I have and everything bar for the christian name match. Thanks. Dawn
