problems with gro?

Hi caz i have just phoned the gro they have assured me that it is safe to use their site and that it is a technical fault i asked them if it was safe to put in my card details and again she said it was fine so i am going to order my certificates If you are not sure give them a ring 0845 603 7788 hope this helps Good luck Tracy

hi caz i have tried shutting down and trying through google i do have it saved in my favourites and i still get the same message i will try on my husbands computer and try that i will let you know Tracy

Hi i have the same problem i keep getting a security warning it says that the security certificate presented by this site has expired it says that the certificate is no longer trustworthy tracy

Shirley's right; give your pc a 5 minute breather by pulling the plug and letting it cool down. If you have too many demands placed on you there's comfort in taking the phone off the hook and having a short nap. True?

I.ve googled it and gone in from the website .again no problems. I would suggest you log off the PC turn off the power ,wait a few mins and then re boot. that may clear it Shirley

Just tried and gone straight in. I access from my favorites and there doesn't seem to be any problems

Hi, I have just tried to login on the gro website and I got a security message telling me not to proceed as there is a problem with the sites' security certificate. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know what it means? thanks Caz
