have found two thomas owens births registered in 1900 for west derby liverpool both have the same numbers so I cant get the certificate I require. any suggestions. thanks

I cant see one Thomas Owen let alone two There is one Thomas Albert Owens Can you explain where you found these two please

Are you sure that there are two with the same reference numbers? I've just checked on freebmd and I can't see two with the same name number. From freebmd you can follow the link to check the image of the registers to check that you have the correct reference.
