Graham's Ridley names are still on the site. I just searched for Joseph Ridley born Brampton and there was one listed born 1830 entered by Graham, this must be the one you found yesterday.

Yesterday whilst updating my tree I decided I’d try the name search. I put in the surname: RIDLEY just to see what came up. Up came a whole page of the name all born Brampton, Cumbria which is the area where I am looking. I think the tree owner was called Graham. I know that one of the names was definitely Joseph Ridley born c.1831as I looked him up on Ancestry and found him in 1881 at Lonning, Brampton, which turned out to be on the same page as 2 of my 2nd great grandparents John and Mary McKenzie. (RG11 piece 5149 folio 26 page 9 ) As one of the daughters of John and Mary McKenzie married William Robinson who was the son of John Robinson and Elizabeth Ridley, I though this might be a promising link for my tree, but as I hadn’t got time to compose a letter to the tree owner I left it till today. Well today I have searched and searched and can I find the same names as yesterday, can I heck, they have disappeared off the face of the earth or at least of GR!! I know I didn’t imagine it all. GRRRRRRRRR I have been looking for ages to find the marriage of John Robinson and Elizabeth Ridley as I can’t get back any further till I do. There first child was born in 1844 and I have searched the indexes one by one for a marriage to no avail. I can find a few John Robinsons but no Elizabeth Ridley. If the owner of the tree with Joseph Ridley in it sees this, if he sends me a PM I will open my tree so we can compare. Many thanks for reading this, it’s been driving me mad, Jennifer
