Can anyone help please. I ran my AVG anti virus as usual last night but noticed nothing came up under the file, result/infection or path section. Now it has been running for over 15 hours and I can't switch it of.. Help please where have I gone wrong?? Betty |

press these 3 keys at the same time Ctrl Alt Delete to bring up the Task Manager then end the programme you can do this most times a programme gets 'stuck' |

Hi Susan and Dennis, Sorry for late reply, Susan tried your suggestion but couldn't get anything, Dennis did ctrl,alt and delete and that worked it stopped running then. I still don't know whats wrong with the AVG though but thanks for your help both of you. Betty |

Hi MGH S, Thanks for you help!! I don't know how to download it, someone did that for me over a year ago, where would I go to find AVG virus download programme?? Also how do I delete the old one then? and should I delete old on first and instal new one after? Betty |
