You should contact the Anglo-German Family History Society. You're lucky because around that time captains of ships were required by law to hand over a list of all aliens entering the country. These records are held at the National archives but I believe the AGFHS has their own list of these names - or at least some of them. |

g g grandparents came from Germany c1850 to yorks, how do i get info about them please Christina c1828-1904 and Frederick c1828-1860. Went to Halifax West Yorks had 5or 6 children, both died Halifax Wendy G |
