Hi, Can anyone tell me how to get through to Ancestry UK other than by email I`ve had computer problems and been unable to access anything for a while. Trying to access Ancestry again I`ve found that what I thought was my username apparently isn`t and I now can`t remember my password. I`ve sent several emails to Ancestry but I get no response whatsoever. I only renewed my subscription in May and have sent details of when it was debited from my account. The site apparently doesn`t even recognise my email address though it always sends the Ancestry newsletters via that address. Any suggestions anyone?? |
