Is any one else having the same problem i am, i delete contacts and they magically appear back on my genes site, when i log in again, have been having this problem for months. Have reported it a few times to genes.

There are some major problems with contacts and message lists on here at the moment. Lots of people have had tree permissions reversed. Many have sent messages to GR. Their response has been to delete any complaining messages on this board. How helpful NOT! Wonder how long this one will last? Anne

Oh Diana, weve all had that problem plus our trees being opened to people we didnt want access given to. Some people even had their living relatives showing up on trees. As said, all the complaint threads were deleted by GR. Ive deleted my tree now so that no one can access the info without my knowledge.

I have been told that it will be fixed, the problem is in a que, i cannot understand why it happened, i am no computer buff, but even i would not fix something that was not broken, Genes worked well until a little while ago. Just be patient thats what you get, i am running out of patience.
