Great stuff Jim. Have looked at the census image and it does read Dixon. Have been searching for that last two and a half hours! Thanks |

My 5x great grandmother Harriot Elizabeth Caroline Dixon, died september 1845, address 3 church street, Islington. Her son Daniel Dixon, b.1818 died November 1841 and Church Street also given as address. Here's the problem though can't find them on the census no matter how hard I try. Some time ago when starting out another relative had this side in his notes and it claims they are on the census Daniel living with his mother as a shoe maker, as well as younger sisters Grace and Elizabeth. Unfortunately his email address is now unreachable! If anyone can help me find this family on the census would be much appreciated. |
