Reg, thank you so much for that. My uncle will be delighted! You state that there are 18 pages - do you mean 18 pages just on Charles David Bradley?! Is that usual? Is it at all possible for you to copy, cut and paste the pages if I let you have my private email address? Many many thanks. Sally

Hi Sally, Just to let you know that if you have access to a computer (which you obviously do) you can view the National Archives yourself. No subscription is required and it isn't pay per view. However, if you want to download a document (e.g. a will) you will have to pay (£3.50 for a will).

Home address: 33, Rhiwlas Street, Princess park, Liverpool His Pension (provisional) was to be 8 shillings for 13 weeks from 4th August, 1920, due his having fractured his wrist. There are 18 pages in total........... Reg

Diane, thanks for reply. I had looked on the National Archives and found all those Charles Bradleys! I'm sorry but dont know if he got any medals - he was a seaman in WW2 so perhaps he was involved in the navy (Royal or Merchant) in WW1? I do know that his middle name was David and there is one Charles David Bradley. I am hoping that that is my Charles David Bradley but I dont have access to the further information available.

Many thanks for that Reg - I hadn't realised he was born on the other side of the Mersey! Is there any way you can tell what regiment he served in during WW1? Sally

Hello, is anyone able to access National Archives for me and see if they can find which WW1 regiment my Uncle's Father served in? His name is Charles David Bradley and he was born on 19th July 1899. I think he was born in Liverpool. I would be grateful for any help. Thank you. Sally
