All a bit double dutch to me at the moment. I have a FTM programme (can't work it) so would like to put my tree on to Tribal pages as well as here. Can anyone tell me if this is possible? Tina |

Yes. You can export your GR tree (as a GEDCOM file) or you can create a GEDCOM from FTM, and you can import either to Tribal Pages. I wouldn't recommend building a tree online. Learn how FTM works, maintain your own tree on your own PC (backed up regularly, of course), and publish some or all of the data to GR, TP or both. |

Many Thanks for your advice. I'll concentrate on the FTM. Tina |

I would like to add that after creating your tree on your own pc when using the File > Export option choose exclude living people and exclude details (or notes or whatever else they may be called). Thisis much safer for you and anybody on your tree. Clive |
