How to find who lived at an address

I have a possible address for were my grandmother was brought up. Its 1 Kelly Street Camden London. How would i be able to find out who lived there in the 1920's - 30's. Is there a way if so - please share it with me! Im very new to this and your all soooo great x

Electoral Rolls......but they only list those eligible to vote..........a somewhat limited franchise in those days. Reg
