I am researching a family in the USA and am having difficulty deciding on the parents of one Daniel Thomas Robeson McMillan born in Cumberland, NC in 1863 (or possibly c.1852 by another account). He appears to have died in New Hanover, NC on 18/11/1915. Would the DC provide the details of his parents as do Scottish DC, and how difficult is it to get a copy?
